How soon will I receive my order ?
Count about ten days before receiving a personalized digital illustration, and 3 to 4 days more for a printed illustration, the time to have it printed and shipped.
I did not receive my order
First of all, did you buy a digital or printed illustration?
The digital illustration will arrive by email only, within approximately 12 days.
The printed illustration will arrive within approximately 2 weeks by post, by letter followed (for A5 and A4 formats) or colissimo (for A3 formats). Do not hesitate to consult the shipping information on the La Poste website with the parcel number that I have given you.
What paper will my illustration be printed on?
Your illustration will be printed on 350g/m2 coated paper,
What is your return policy ?
The personalized illustrations being made to order and thus being a unique work, I do not accept returns. Of course, if you wish to make changes to the illustration once the digital version has been sent, that is entirely possible. I do not send a printed version without your validation in digital format.
For non-personalized illustrations, the return is at your expense, in the original packaging.
How do I send my photo to be illustrated?
Once the order has been placed, you can send me your photo by email at maplumecoloree@gmail.com.
