These general conditions of sale and use of the site  https://www.maplumecoloree.com/  apply between the artist-author Cécile Moreau registered under SIRET number 89135692500018, whose registered office is 103 Rue de Bondues 59200 Tourcoing and any adult natural person who consults the website and/or makes a purchase on https:/ /www.maplumecoloree.com

Please read the General Conditions of Sale carefully before using the site and/or placing any order insofar as these Conditions affect your rights and obligations. The mere use of the Site and/or the placing of any order constitutes knowledge and irrevocable agreement on your part. If you do not agree with any of these provisions, you are not authorized to use all or part of the site and/or to place any order.

Prices : 
The prices shown on  https://www.maplumecoloree.com  are expressed in euros including VAT and excluding delivery costs. Shipping costs vary and are detailed before finalizing the purchase. The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but undertakes to apply the prices indicated when ordering, subject to product availability, and respecting the number of people or animals corresponding to the photograph to be illustrated. .

Pricing varies depending on the support ordered:
- a digital illustration will be sent only by e-mail to the e-mail address provided by the Buyer
- a printed illustration will be subject to additional pricing including printing and shipping costs.

As indicated in the product sheets of the custom illustrations, the pricing depends on the number of people and animals 
The decorative elements are subject to additional pricing provided that the artist-author Cécile Moreau accepts that the decoration requested in addition falls within her graphic style. The artist-author Cécile Moreau reserves the right to refuse additional requested items not provided for in the initial order.

Right to retract : 
- Personalized products : For all personalized products, the right of withdrawal cannot apply, in accordance with the provisions of article L 121-20 of the Consumer Code as amended by ordinance n°2001-741 of 23 August 2001 which stipulates that the withdrawal period is seven (7) days, and withdrawal is notably excluded (article 121-20.2 3rd paragraph) for contracts for the supply of goods that are clearly personalized or made to the consumer's specifications, i.e. in particular for products ordered with bespoke personalization. Thus, no withdrawal period will be granted for personalized items on the basis of a photo sent by the Buyer.

- Products without personalization : for all products for which the Buyer does not wish any personalization, the Buyer then has, in accordance with the law, a withdrawal period of 7 days from the delivery of the Products to return at his expense these to the Seller for exchange or refund, provided that the Products are returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition within 14 days of delivery. If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a holiday or non-working day, it is protected until the first following working day. All returns must be reported in advance to the Seller's customer service accessible by email at: maplumecoloree@gmail.com

Responsibility : 
The Seller cannot be held responsible in the event of disruption or strikes in postal services and means of transport.
The products are identified by photographs. The Seller cannot be held responsible for poor reproduction of colors which may vary from one computer to another or linked to a poor quality photo provided.
The artist-author Cécile Moreau can in no way be held responsible for spelling errors present in the texts provided by the client.

Information relating to the illustrations offered for sale
Each artist-author has his own graphic style. The Buyer orders the illustrations in knowledge of the description present in the product sheet of the illustration ordered. The artist-author Cécile Moreau's graphic style is the simplification of details and does not draw eyes. Under no circumstances may the client request a change in the graphic style of the artist-author Cécile Moreau.

The printed illustrations will be sent beforehand by e-mail by the Seller for prior validation by the Buyer before printing and sending.

The Buyer has the right to request modifications upon receipt of the digital version of the illustration ordered, subject to two round trips. 

The deadlines displayed may be respected by the artist-author Cécile Moreau on the condition that the Buyer sends the photo in high definition within two days of the order. 

The Buyer may request a shorter delivery time from the artist-author Cécile Moreau, who reserves the right to refuse, only resulting in a refund of the order.

Intellectual property : 
The artist-author Cécile Moreau, in her capacity as illustrator, is the sole owner of the creations made. All elements of the site  https://www.maplumecoloree.com  are and remain its intellectual and exclusive property. Under no circumstances are the Buyer or the Visitor authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, resell or use these elements for any reason whatsoever. All images are made by Cécile Moreau and for its simple use.  

The general conditions of sale 

The artist-author Cécile Moreau may modify, add or remove provisions from these general conditions of sale without notice and without having to notify her clients or third parties beforehand.
